Since I began working on Promised Land Dairy almost two years ago I've written banner ads, print ads, Facebook contests, website copy and more. What I've selected to include in my portfolio, is a year of Moo-Mails.
The Mission: Keep fans engaged with Promised Land Dairy on a bi-monthly basis.
The Challenge: Keep these newsletters informative, entertaining and fresh without straying from the Promised Land voice. Continue to build and retain members of Promised Land Dairy's impressive following.
How we did: Subscriptions to these Moo-Mails have been steadily rising with every passing month. Slowly, we've been removing product coupons from these newsletters but did not encounter massive backlash. Current subscribers: 9,311.
The positive feedback we continued receiving from fans on the Facebook page and via these newsletters paved the way for us to launch the Moo Crew, an ambassador program that jumped from 5,000 members to over 20,000 in just one weekend. Current number of Moo Crew members: 38,711.
What I did: Worked closely with the digital team and account service to generate valuable content and write copy for all Moo-Mails from Summer 2013 to Fall 2014.
